excellant product and customer service but watch out
I bought 2 of these from Amazon and it was so much better than what I was using before. This is a really well designed and thought product. That is why I was surprised when I found this piece of Velcro was sown inside with the cloth and hence rubbed against my back causing pain (you know what can happen when velcro rubs against skin). I figured out a way to use it without it hurting me but I still wanted to call the company and give them my feedback because I thought this was otherwise such a neat product. Anyways, I called the company and left a message in their voice mail. I got a call back the same day. Apparently, there were some made with this Velcro problem which they had removed from their stock but somehow Amazon had not removed theirs. Without my asking they said that they would send me 2 without the Velcro problem for free. And I got them the next day by FedEx. So, great product and customer service. The only caution is that Amazon may still be carrying the wrong ones. Hopefully, they would be removed from stock soon.
Exceptional product!
I have a 4 month old and received this bra about 2 months ago. I exclusively pump and this bra has changed my life! I used to dread pumping but now I can pump while talking on the phone, using the computer, or reading (before I couldn’t even change the channel on the remote while I pumped which was very frustrating!). The fabric is so comfortable and the bra maintains its shape after washing. I looked at a few different bras before I decided to buy Simple Wishes and I am so happy with my decision–the developers of this bra have thought of everything and I can’t imagine a better hands-free bra! It also allows me to do breast compressions while I pump so I can express more "hind milk" with each pumping session. I was on the cuff as to which size to get so I contacted the company. I spoke with one of the creators of this product who so generously sent me BOTH sizes for free! Low and behold, both sizes fit so now I have an extra bra to use while the other one is being washed! So don’t worry about the sizing issue if you are on the cuff like me, more than likely they will both fit. I can’t say enough great things about this product–I know if I had not found this bra I probably would have become discouraged with breastfeeding and would have stopped a long time ago. Now that pumping has become so easy, I plan on doing it exclusively for at least 6 months.

I purchased Simple Wishes Hands Free Pumping Bustier Bra based on all other reviews and they were 100% right. This bra rocks. My hands are now free to use my computer, study, entertain my baby and talk on the phone. You will not be disappointed.
